We asked Rebecca Realty Partners to assist us in selling our property that we had been using as a rental property for the last 10+ years. In the process of our trying to determine if we wanted to fix it ourselves and sell or to sell it "as is". It was going to take a good bit of effort plus Money to get it to a saleable home. We decided to sell "as is" and after RRP received 3 bids (and showed the property), we made our decision and picked one bid. From that decision moment to CLOSING was only a week and a half.
